Announcement for Residents of the Hrunska Community, Okhtyrka District, Sumy Region

In eastern Ukraine, especially in frontline areas of Donetsk region, shelling is intensifying and civilian infrastructure is being heavily damaged. Under these conditions, mobile teams from the NGO Responsible Citizens are working directly in affected communities, offering comprehensive support to those who need it most.

Olena Bieloliptseva, Education Projects Coordinator at the NGO Responsible Citizens, took part in the inaugural meeting of the Coordination Center for the Development of Family-Based Upbringing and Child Care.

Our educational initiatives became part of the discussion at the workshop "Education Without Borders: Shaping Quality Education for Refugees from Pre-Primary to Tertiary". The event brought together international experts, government representatives, and members of the civil sector to seek solutions in the field of education during crises.

We tell the stories of families who go through a difficult journey from anxiety to recovery — and of the “Responsible Citizens” team, which, together with partners, helps ensure the realization of children’s rights where it is needed most.

Participation in the training marked an important stage of professional growth for the team and strengthened the organization’s expertise in sustainable organizational development.

The NGO “Responsible Citizens” team successfully implemented this project across four regions in Eastern Ukraine

The NGO “Responsible Citizens” participated in the first meeting of the city coordination group established to identify the needs of residents of the Zaporizhzhia city territorial community under emergency or martial law conditions. The group includes representatives of relevant city services (education, healthcare, social protection) as well as non-governmental organizations.
