“Responsible Citizens” NGO is launching cooperation with the Zmiiv community in Kharkiv region to strengthen assistance for families facing difficult life circumstances — both local residents and internally displaced families.
On the occasion of World Orphans’ Day, the team of the NGO Responsible Citizens, together with the Department of Health, organized an event at the Zaporizhzhia Children’s City Hospital.
A training session titled “Team-Based Care in Assessing a Child’s Needs” was held in Zaporizhzhia, organized by the NGO Responsible Citizens within the UNICEF Ukraine project.
In the Kharkiv region, our team supports people daily who have been forced to leave their homes due to the war. Most of them are families with children arriving from Vovchansk, Druzhkivka, Derhachi community, and other affected areas.
These trainings became possible thanks to cooperation within the Child Protection Cluster, where one of the coordinators is Olena Khvatynets, project manager of the NGO "Responsible Citizens" in the Kharkiv region.
