Olga Kosse, Head of the Board of NGO Responsible Citizens, held a working meeting with Joanna Garbalinska, Programme Officer at Sida, during a working visit to Stockholm. The discussion focused on challenges in child protection and support for vulnerable families amid a protracted armed conflict.
The event was initiated by our steadfast partners at Rädda Barnen / Save the Children Sweden, who have consistently supported child protection and humanitarian response efforts in Ukraine over the years. Among the participants were members of the Swedish Parliament working on international development, human rights, and child protection issues: Gudrun Brunegård, Azra Muranovic, Carina Ödebrink and Marie-Louise Hänel Sandström.
Olga Kosse, Head of the Board of Responsible Citizens NGO, took part in the event “Building Back Better for Ukraine: Business, Children’s Rights and Long-Term Resilience” organised by Rädda Barnen (Save the Children) and Forever Sustainable with the participation of Sida – the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency, international partners and representatives of major Swedish businesses.
The Coordinator of Educational Projects at the NGO “Responsible Citizens,” Olena Bieloliptseva, took part in the III Annual Strategic Forum on Addressing Learning Losses, organized by “Teach For Ukraine” with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
