Psychological support for families with children: the experience of Zaporizhzhia
In collaboration with the Zaporizhzhia City Center for Social Services, the psychologists of the NGO “Responsible Citizens” are conducting comprehensive work to support families with children. Each age group has specially designed activities to address the urgent needs of children and the requests of their parents.
In Zaporizhzhia, psychologists and art therapists working in Child-Friendly Spaces conduct combined developmental sessions and stress-relief activities. This approach instills beneficial skills and practices in children, helping them better adapt to the current situation, while parents receive effective parenting techniques.
Watch the Municipal Channel of Zaporizhzhia’s feature to learn more about how our psychologists have organized this essential work.
