Announcement: teacher training enrollment now open

Participants gathered to discuss current social challenges, strengthen cooperation, and define ways to effectively support women in crisis conditions.

This project is implemented by the NGO “Responsible Citizens” with the support of the UNICEF Country Office and in cooperation with the Zaporizhzhia City Center for Social Services.

In October, the fifth training group for candidates from Zaporizhzhia region started at the Training and Education Center for Social Work.

“Responsible Citizens” NGO launches a new phase of activity within the framework of systemic family support. We are joining efforts with the “Unity for the Future” Charitable Foundation, with financial support from UHF (Humanitarian Fund for Ukraine), to implement the project “Comprehensive Multisectoral Assistance for Vulnerable Families in Kharkiv Region.”

In partnership with UNICEF, Responsible Citizens NGO continues to strengthen family support by combining practical assistance to communities with professional training for social sector specialists.

Practical experience from working with communities will now be represented on one of the key coordination platforms led by OCHA as part of the UN humanitarian architecture. The platform brings together international and national humanitarian organizations working in eastern Ukraine.

Since last year, the NGO "Responsible Citizens" has been working alongside the NGO "Dobrodiya" to organize joint activities, ensuring that every child in Zaporizhzhia has a safe space for creativity, psychological support, and communication.

Psychosocial support is provided as part of UNICEF’s project “Strengthening Community Capacity to Provide Core Protection and Resilience Services in Kharkiv, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, and Zaporizhzhia Regions,” implemented by Responsible Citizens NGO with support from the Government of the United States of America.
