Olena Khvatynets

I deeply value teamwork. For 30 years in the social sector, I’ve been fortunate to always work with great teams. I’ve held positions in local government, public administration, and social welfare institutions. Over the years, I’ve received recognition from the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers, and a distinction from the Kharkiv Regional Council, the “Slobozhanska Glory” award.

I’ve collaborated with organizations like USAID, UNDP, and UNICEF, and at every stage, I’ve encountered like-minded people. Together, we successfully tackled complex projects and enjoyed seeing the results of our work.

"Responsible Citizens" quickly became like family because we share the same language of responsibility towards people.

Throughout my career, I’ve learned that staying human is a reliable sign that you can overcome any challenge.
