Specialists from the NGO “Responsible Citizens” participated in Inclusion Week
The event was organized by Mercy Corps in partnership with Alliance.Global and Humanity and Inclusion.
This event focused on discussing inclusive approaches to supporting the LGBTQ+ community and people with disabilities. Over the three days, we gained valuable insights into inclusive communication, service standards, and accountability to survivors—key elements of effective humanitarian assistance.
Our diverse projects—ranging from humanitarian aid to psychosocial support and educational initiatives—enable us to address the needs of various audiences. Inclusive communication is the foundation of our work, ensuring fair access to services, building trust, and enhancing accountability to those we support.
For us, it is important not only to improve the quality of our services but also to foster the creation of inclusive and responsible communities. With the new knowledge gained, we can better adapt our projects to the challenges faced by vulnerable populations in Ukraine.
Inclusivity is not just a principle for us; it is concrete steps toward equal opportunities for all. We are proud to continue this journey together with our partners.
