Team of Responsible Citizens NGO is looking for a Compensatory Learning Programmes Expert
The specialist will contribute to the development and implementation of educational loss recovery programmes in cooperation with communities, educational institutions, partners, and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. The position involves working at the intersection of pedagogy, programme management, analytics, and cross-sectoral coordination.
Key responsibilities include supporting compensatory learning programmes, analysing educational outcomes, coordinating with stakeholders, participating in relevant working groups, and preparing analytical materials. The organization is looking for a candidate with experience in educational programmes, a deep understanding of pedagogical approaches, and knowledge of the Ukrainian education sector, including the New Ukrainian School reform.
