Responsible Citizens team joins ASPIRE training for trainers
Team development is the path to systematic organizational growth.
In June, members of the NGO Responsible Citizens took part in an intensive ASPIRE Training for Trainers held in Kyiv with the support of Mercy Corps Ukraine.
Over two productive days, participants deepened their knowledge of key aspects of civil society organization (CSO) capacity development. The training covered:
- analysis of CSO operational areas;
- needs assessment methods;
- organizational development planning;
- managing team dynamics;
- facilitating change within teams and organizations.
Special attention was given to practical tools that can be directly applied in working with communities, partners, and internal teams.
“This training gave us not only the tools but also a deeper understanding of how to manage change dynamics. We came back with concrete ideas and new confidence,” said Olha Beliayeva, Project Manager at Responsible Citizens.
Participation in the training marked an important stage of professional growth for the team and strengthened the organization’s expertise in sustainable organizational development.
