Jam Session GO TO THE SOUND – Charity music evenings
If you’re curious about where local musicians gather and who they are, welcome to the GO TO THE SOUND Jam Session. As part of a program to support youth activity, the Responsible Citizens NGO has initiated monthly jam evenings for everyone passionate about music. Here, you can meet young musicians for whom jam sessions are an opportunity to perform on stage with professionals and learn about improvisation. Here, those brave enough to present their creativity to the public for the first time can take the stage. Musicians find fellow musicians, and audiences discover new names.
We typically meet once a month during the colder months at “ArtCafe Fiesta” to warm up in the comforting flow of music and prepare for the summer ART PLATFORM.
We have a basic set of instruments and the option to connect additional ones.
At our events, there is always a donation box – we help raise funds for children with severe chronic illnesses. During the past music season, we collected 6,000 UAH for Kyrylo. Combining this amount with other donations for the boy allowed us to purchase a hearing aid. Now, Kyrylo will be able to attend the first grade without any problems.
