New Partnerships Established in Dnipropetrovsk Region as Memorandum Is Signed
The NGO Responsible Citizens is expanding its cooperation with communities in Dnipropetrovsk region. In particular, the organization has signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Zelenodolsk City Territorial Community.
The partnership will be developed as part of the project “Protection Services for the Most Vulnerable Children and Parents (or Their Caregivers) in Communities of Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhia Regions,” implemented by the NGO Responsible Citizens with financial support from the United States Government and UNICEF.
As part of the project, families with children will be able to receive psychosocial support and assistance from case management specialists, including help with social, medical and legal issues, as well as consultations on preventing and responding to violence. Another area of work focuses on supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities, as well as their families.
Cooperation with local partners helps the organization better understand families’ needs and ensure access to essential services directly within communities.
To date, the NGO Responsible Citizens has signed 100 memoranda and cooperation agreements with communities, government authorities, educational institutions, social services and other organizations in various regions of Ukraine.
Expanding its partnership network is part of the organization’s ongoing efforts to protect children and support families.
