Open registration for cash assistance for Druzhkivka residents/Update – Registration Closed
As part of the project “Local, Inclusive, and Versatile Emergency Assistance for the Population Affected by the War in Ukraine (LIVES) 3.0,” implemented by the NGO “Responsible Citizens” in partnership with Mercy Corps and with financial support from the British government under the LIVES 3.0 program, registration for multipurpose cash assistance is announced.
Who is eligible for assistance:
✅ Households located in the Druzhkivka community of Donetsk region, including both local residents and internally displaced persons (IDPs).
✅ Households with a total income of all members amounting to less than 6,318 UAH per person per month.
✅ Households living in collective centers, in housing damaged by hostilities, or who are homeless.
✅ Households with people with disabilities.
✅ Households with 3 or more children under the age of 18.
✅ Households with only one parent (either father or mother) with one or more children under the age of 18.
✅ Households with pregnant women/breastfeeding women.
✅ Households with elderly people (60+).
✅ Households headed by one or several elderly individuals (60+), and without other adults aged 18 to 59 in the household.
✅ Unemployed pre-retirement individuals aged 50-59 who do not have a pension or other permanent source of income.
✅ Households with members suffering from severe chronic diseases.
The assistance amount is 3,600 UAH per month and covers a three-month period.
The total amount per household member is 10,800 UAH. Up to 5 people in one household can receive assistance. If your household consists of 5 or more members, the assistance amount will be 54,000 UAH.

Humanitarian resources are limited, so Mercy Corps will prioritize those most affected by the hostilities, as well as those who have not recently received assistance from Mercy Corps or other organizations. Selection will be based on the household’s location, structure, status, and income.
After filling out the online form, if your household is selected for in-person registration, our operators will contact you to confirm the information.

Humanitarian assistance provided by the NGO “Responsible Citizens” and partners is free of charge. You should never be asked for money or services in exchange for assistance.
