Join our training: addressing individual needs and conflict prevention
The NGO “Responsible Citizens” invites you to participate in an in-person training: “Meeting Individual Needs – From a Sense of Security to Conflict Prevention.”
Training Purpose:
To develop skills in implementing key techniques and methods to identify and meet children’s needs, helping to prevent negative situations in school and family environments. Additionally, the training will foster the ability to recognize unmet personal needs and the importance of fulfilling them.
Training Outcomes:
Participants will gain personal, cognitive, motivational, and practical skills essential for working with children and their parents.
Target Audience:
Social specialists from communities in Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kharkiv regions.
Training Location and Date:
Kyiv, December 4-6, 2024.

Participation Details:
The organization fully covers training participation, including double occupancy accommodation, meals, and reimbursement of transportation expenses (bus tickets, or train tickets for coupe or 2nd-class Intercity).
This training is part of the project, “Strengthening Community Capacity to Provide Essential Protection and Resilience Services in Kharkiv, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, and Zaporizhzhia Regions,” implemented by the NGO “Responsible Citizens” with the support of UNICEF in Ukraine and funding from USAID.
