Reflection session for the team implementing cash assistance project in eastern Ukraine held in Kyiv
A reflection session was recently held in Kyiv for the team working on the implementation of the cash assistance project in Eastern Ukraine. This event brought together specialists from Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, and Donetsk regions. The meeting was essential to analyze the results of the past year’s work, discuss challenges, and achievements.
“The main goal of the session is to understand how we can improve our work, as much has already been accomplished. Over the past year, we have been able to register more than 16,000 residents of eastern Ukraine for assistance in over 12 frontline communities or those with a high concentration of internally displaced persons. Therefore, it is crucial for us to analyze the work in each specific location, the risks, and the issues faced by administrators, registrars, and the hotline. This meeting gave us the opportunity to draw conclusions about what has already been done and achieved, as well as to improve our work for future projects. A vital part of this process is the continuous development and training of our teams. For our organization, as one of the leading employers in the humanitarian sector in Eastern Ukraine, it is fundamental to enhance the professional competencies and skills of our employees,” emphasized Olga Kosse, Head of the board of the NGO “Responsible Citizens.”
The project “Providing Multi-Sectoral Humanitarian Assistance to Conflict-Affected Populations in Ukraine” is implemented by the NGO “Responsible Citizens” in partnership with World Vision International.
