Project LIVES 3.0

The NGO “Responsible Citizens” is implementing the LIVES 3.0 project, which will cover four regions in eastern Ukraine. The project is being carried out within the framework of the same-named program, in partnership with Mercy Corps and with financial support from the UK government.

Employment Support

A specific area of support is aimed at helping people who have lost their jobs due to the war. The program covers all employable individuals aged 18 to 59, with particular attention to women aged 45 to 59. We offer the opportunity to acquire new skills and select courses or training sessions based on personal interests. Additionally, we are organizing a series of Career Guidance Training sessions for residents of the regions covered by the project. These trainings will provide practical skills in creating resumes, self-presentation, and interviewing. Based on demand, we have also included legal and psychological consultations for participants as part of the training program.

Educational Services

Another component of the project is educational services. These will include training on soft and business skills for educators, who will then be able to teach adolescents and youth aged 14 to 24. These skills are essential for youth career guidance and preparation for their future careers.

Cash Assistance

First and foremost, continuous contact and feedback from communities allow us to identify the primary needs of people and find ways to address them. Therefore, the project has introduced multipurpose cash assistance, aimed at 6,000 residents of the Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia regions. Announcements with detailed conditions for receiving aid will be available in the coming weeks. Stay tuned for updates on our official communication channels.
