Online course “Skills Lab: Successful Career” for youth of Donetsk Region
The NGO Responsible Citizens conducted the online course “Skills Lab: Successful Career,” a training program focused on developing and enhancing skills essential for building a successful career.
How do you create a resume that lands you an interview? What do employers and HR professionals prioritize when reviewing candidates? What are “hard skills” and “soft skills,” and how do they impact career growth? These questions were at the core of our online course curriculum.
We also invited representatives from local and national companies to share their work experiences and discuss employment opportunities.
The program was organized by the Center for Corporate Social Responsibility Development, the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) in Ukraine, and the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine. The NGO Responsible Citizens in Kramatorsk implemented the course.
Young people aged 16 to 35 participated in the program, which ran from June 11 to July 10.
