NGO “Responsible Citizens” Joins the Ukraine Education Cluster

The NGO “Responsible Citizens,” in partnership with Mercy Corps Ukraine and with the support of the UK Government, provided cash assistance totaling more than UAH 109 million, helping to stabilize the situation of evacuees during the critical period following evacuation.

The NGO "Responsible Citizens" held the first meeting of the interregional working group of educators, bringing together 20 specialists from various regions of Ukraine. The initiative was a response to the challenges faced by the education sector in times of war and aimed at finding effective solutions to overcome educational losses.

Participants gathered to discuss current social challenges, strengthen cooperation, and define ways to effectively support women in crisis conditions.

All projects of Responsible Citizens NGO focus on supporting people living near the front line, and participation in such events helps strengthen our work and ensure more systematic and coordinated assistance to communities.

The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Spain to Ukraine, Ricardo López-Aranda Jagu, together with the Head of UNICEF’s Representation in Ukraine, Munir Mamedzade, visited Zaporizhzhia.

152 women's kits were provided by the NGO "Responsible Citizens" to the residents of Novodonetske and Dobropillia in Donetsk Oblast.

Since last year, the NGO "Responsible Citizens" has been working alongside the NGO "Dobrodiya" to organize joint activities, ensuring that every child in Zaporizhzhia has a safe space for creativity, psychological support, and communication.
