In Kryvyi Rih, our team took part in the socio-educational hub “Together for the Child”
The event was organized to mark the International Day of the Social Pedagogue, celebrated on October 2.
The meeting was held as a dynamic and resourceful training. Participants shared professional cases, discussed the specifics of their work, and practiced tools for restoring their own resources. Among them were work with metaphorical associative cards (MAC), the method of social performance, and group exercises. Such events create a space for professional growth, help develop practical solutions, and strengthen the resilience of social specialists.
“In our work, we support not only children and their families but also those who work with them every day. Strong and resourceful professionals are the key to long-term change,” commented Olha Kosse, Chairperson of the NGO Responsible Citizens.
The event was held within the framework of a UNICEF psychosocial support project implemented by the NGO Responsible Citizens in Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kharkiv regions.
