Responsible Citizens NGO is launching activities within the framework of a new partnership with JERU – a joint initiative of the international organizations Welthungerhilfe and Concern Worldwide

Pre-registration has begun for participation in the multi-purpose cash assistance program, implemented by the NGO “Responsible Citizens” in partnership with JERU (a joint initiative of international organizations Welthungerhilfe and Concern Worldwide), funded by the German Federal Foreign Office (AA).

The space was created by the NGO Responsible Citizens in partnership with UNICEF Ukraine. It offers a safe environment for play, learning, emotional recovery, and communication. Children of all ages are welcome, and adults who have experienced loss, evacuation, or separation receive social and psychological assistance.

In October, the fifth training group for candidates from Zaporizhzhia region started at the Training and Education Center for Social Work.

NGO Responsible Citizens, in partnership with UNICEF and with the support of the U.S. Government, is implementing the project “Strengthening Community Capacity to Provide Core Protection and Resilience Services in Kharkiv, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, and Zaporizhzhia Regions”.

The main goal was to help Nazar regain his sight. The team accompanied his family through the medical examination process, helped them find the right specialists, arranged an ophthalmologist consultation, and purchased glasses.

The regional coordinator of NGO Responsible Citizens, Alla Maslakhova, took part in an important event organized by UNICEF, which brought together educators, representatives of education departments, school directors, social workers, parents, children, and UNICEF partners.

Responsible Citizens NGO is launching a new project in partnership with JERU – a joint initiative of the international organizations Welthungerhilfe and Concern Worldwide. The project is funded by the UHF.

Special attention was given to supporting children's affairs services. The training helped specialists better understand the behavioral patterns of children in crisis and establish effective communication with parents who welcome children into their families.
