Motivational meetings for the participants of the project “Your superpower”

NGO “Responsible Citizens” is a partner of the project “Rinat Akhmetov to Children. Your superpower”.

The project “Your Super Power” is a series of motivational meetings of famous and successful people with boarding school pupils. The goal of the project is to help children who find themselves without parental care to discover the talents that will allow them to be successful and happy.

The project started in 2018. About 800 children from 9 boarding schools in Donetsk region took part in it.

The project includes the following activities:

  • Motivational meetings with the Foundation’s ambassadors – the stars of the Ukraine TV channel, as well as famous writers and artists.
  • Introducing children to the profession of their dreams. Participants visit businesses in which they dream of working (for example, a recording studio, fire station, veterinary clinic, IT company, etc.). Specialists conduct a special master class where the child can get to know the profession in practice.
  • Project “City of Professions”. Participants are introduced to 5 different professions: barista, photographer, hairdresser, ambulance worker, video blogger. In addition to talking about the profession, specialists conduct master classes where everyone can get acquainted with the basic skills of the profession.
  • Master classes on skulls like CV writing, self-presentation, etc.

Responsible Citizens act as an organizational partner to this project. Our tasks include logistic and technical support, attracting specialists who conduct master classes for children (“City of Professions”), choosing companies for conducting excursions and master classes.
