Slavik and his two younger sisters, together with his mom, had to move to two-roomed apartment. Their house was destroyed by shelling. Now they are living in Avdeevka, in that part of town where its’ not “that loud”.
Together with them in their old “Khrushchyovka-apartment” there are living a cat and a
Guiney pig. Very soon this family will have one more little member – Nastya, Slavik’s sister, is going to have a baby.
We have come to visit them and brought some medicines. It was cloudy and rainy that day. The rain was pouring down drop by drop not only outside the window but also in the children’ room. It was carefully collected in all the available containers not to allow the water fall on beds.
— Every time somebody is coming, writes down the description of situation and goes way without any result. I have applied with this problem to many state services but I was told to “wait for my que”. And how long should I wait?
This house is considered to be in a critical condition for almost 10 years already. And we are going to have a little baby here. I don’t know whom to ask for help, – Katya, the mom and the head of the family, shares her desperation with us.
This family cannot bear this situation by themselves. Social payments, which are the only source of income for this family, are barely cover their food and communal services’ expenses. Girls should graduate. Slavik requires constant medical support.
We are continuing to provide our assistance to Slavik and his family and we would be grateful for your any support to them.
